The Bed Race taking place that morning is just one of many events you’ll find in Fruita, including an arts & crafts show, talent contest, concerts, food and more! Learn how plants energize our lives with Xcel Energy at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. This unique exhibit includes “Incredible Edibles,” “Amazing Art” and “Bio-Energized” exhibits throughout the summer. On select weekends Xcel Energy will be at the Arboretum to answer your energy conservation questions and to bring to you interactive displays to experience conservation first hand:

Summer is for Chillin'. Visit Xcel Energy at the Great Minnesota Get-Together, The Minnesota State Fair, and learn how to Save Energy, Save Money! For twelve days leading up to Labor Day, Xcel Energy will be available at the Fairgrounds to answer all of your energy questions, not to mention you will have an opportunity to try the Xcel Power Ride and get your picture in a Wind Turbine.
